They are the cutest girls in the world, even if I do say so myself. You may have noticed that Seneca is not in the picture. That is because Seneca wanted her book read, and when Eowyn read a different book, it made her angry. See picture below.

Gordon Girls Read
Eowyn has started to read. She gets books from school that she brings home to read to us. Here is a picture of her reading a book to Giana.
Poor Polly
Poor Polly Pocket, she was left unattended, and was cruelly attacked. Here is a picture of poor Polly -
In an unrelated event, Gia has decided to let her hair go completely wild, because brushing requires such great effort.

PS Polly was not actually attacked by those sharks, but by a vicious (and kinda dumb) Keeshond that some of you may be acquainted with.

Another Lost Tooth
Eowyn lost another tooth today. She was sitting on the couch watching TV when she started shrieking. She had the bloody tooth in her hand, yelling about how it had come out. Now we have to wait for the tooth fairy. I would like the tooth fairy to bring one of the George Washington $1 coins, and I don't know where to find them. I told Eowyn the tooth fairy may not work on Sundays to give me more time to find one of the new $1 coins.
I just realized when I started looking at these photos that Eowyn is entering a goofy looking stage. Gia says it will last awhile. Oh well.
Update: Eowyn did get dollar coins from the tooth fairy, but they were Sacagewea coins, not the new George Washington ones. Apparently the new ones are rare enough that the tooth fairy couldn't find any, or my mother has already hoarded them all. I love dollar coins, the 1 and 2 Euro coins we had in Germany were great, but they will never work here unless the mint withdraws the dollar bills from circulation. Until that happens, people will just hoard them, like they do the Susan B. Anthony coins and the Sacagewea coins. And what do you think of Grover Cleveland getting two coins? Couldn't they just put on one coin that he served two non-consecutive terms?

Fairy Girls
Greetings Friends and Family,
Gia had her knee surgery on Monday. Everything went well, and she is recovering nicely. Grandma Joy came to help out with the kids, and they have had a lot of fun with her. We went to Ikea in Woodbridge on Saturday, and I got to push Gia around in a wheel chair the entire time. It was a lot of fun.
We got some photos back of the girls today. I have enclosed it here.
